It was a LOVELY stay for our weekend. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants, coffee shop's, shopping centre and walking distance to the beach and tram and Pacific Fair and the Casino directly opposite.

We had a real good stay for our weekend.

Location: the hotel was near the beach and the Casino, all the shops, restaurants and beaches and Close to transport. Thanks to the top-class staff everything was absolutely great, including variety of fabulous food.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we ordered appetising dishes. The bed was very comfy and it was great having a laptop-size safe, an iron, and an electronic key card. The location was marvellous, overlooking the ocean;)))

It was in an excellent and fantastic location minute walk from restaurants and a casino...

Incredible and wonderful location - minute walk from casinos and cafés. Well-appointed rooms & large bathrooms. Knowledgeable staff, free laundry, housekeeping, and wake up calls.

The property was gorgeous and wonderful with incredible staff. Neat units in bathroom or bedroom. Great location, easy to get around Gold Coast by a bus stop located walk from the hotel. Walk from restaurants and eateries. Awesome restaurant for breakfast.

Not very nice views from the window.

We stayed in premier queen suite with the balcony.

Fairly clean hotel with an excellent design and perfect views, it has a stunning location not far from all the restaurants and cafes and of course the beach, mall and restaurants and business centre.

The service at this brand-new hotel was good. The location was incredible compare to other places around the area. And it was also next to the beach and main shops, restaurants, cafe, Close to trams, and Star casino.

Fantastic and fairly clean place with exceptionally kind staff on the reception desk at Avani.

The suite was nicely furnished, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The location was excellent and stunning, very close to a handful of good cafes, and casino, major shopping center, entertainment center, Surfers. I ate at the beach restaurant near the hotel.

This hotel is modern with knowledgeable employees in particular the lovely Duty Manager who made everything easy and simple allowing us to enjoy our stay to the full. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

Also, location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. It had a beach restaurant for breakfast.

We had an amazing view from our room on the 31st floor, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect, with a shopping center and public transport just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff at the reception were always friendly and welcoming. Despite a few minor mishaps with housekeeping and checkout, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend staying at Avani Broadbeach Residences.
